Products are accepted for return within ten days of their delivery to the customer and provided that they have not been opened, have not been used and they are in exactly the same condition in which they were received.

If the above conditions do not apply, the products are returned at the customer's expense. Orders that not fulfilled at the customer's risk within four working days of on the date of receipt, are cancelled. An order can be canceled as long as the materials are on the company's premises.
