RAKSON SA, an importer of security systems with a leading position in the sales of video door entry systems, is looking to hire a technical support consultant for its partners.

● The role:

✔ Contacting customers for technical information

✔ Contacting cooperating factories abroad

✔ Creating technical seminars for customers

✔ Quality control of new products

✔ Repairing customer equipment

● Desired qualifications:

✔ TEI - AEI degree in IT, electronics or electrical engineering

✔ Creativity, initiative and communication skills

✔ Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (written and spoken)

✔ Excellent use of PC (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

✔ Completed military obligations for men

✔ Experience in technical support of security systems (video door entry, closed circuit television, alarm, etc.) will be appreciated as additional qualifications
